We are full up on good old British burger and English cider sat outside our good old local Peckham pub, the Victoria inn, freezing cold and wind swept, counting down the hours.
I find it hard to believe we made it this far. It's been a hectic few weeks, what with packing, cleaning the flat and sorting stuff out.
The nerves are kicking in, especially as tonight we failed at trying to check in online via iPhones, so will have to do it the old fashioned way tomorrow.
We have just about managed to fit all our stuff in the 80l bag so no room for Peruvian trinkets! We may need to dump Gregs brazilian speedos and thermal pants to make room.
Next time I blog we will hopefully be the other side of the world in a strange country!
